Merit Rutland is the spouse of a Army Veteran, and mother of 3 veterans and an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with extensive experience in veteran healthcare. Her certification in Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams from both the Veterans Administration and the Department of Defense reflects her deep understanding of the unique medical and documentation needs of veterans.
